DDP & Tax Coverage by Region

🇺🇸 USA — Orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties and taxes are covered. No additional charges upon delivery.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — VAT is currently included. No surprise VAT bill at the door.

🇪🇺 European Union — Import tax coverage varies by country and is subject to ongoing regulatory changes. Please refer to the table below and always confirm at checkout.

EU Import VAT — What You Should Know

Under current EU customs regulations, import VAT may be assessed per product category at approximately €3 per category. For example:

• 10 of the same item = one €3 charge
• One figurine + one keychain (two categories) = two €3 charges (approximately €6 total)

We have not yet received updated instructions from our logistics partners on how this will be collected. As a result, this charge is not currently applied at checkout. However, this may change at any time — always check checkout for the latest.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery estimates are approximate. Actual delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, customs inspections, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will then investigate whether your shipment is delayed or lost. We are unable to open a claim or take further action before this window has passed.
